Explore Crews Hill with Our New Interactive Map

One of the questions I hear most often is:

"What is actually in Crews Hill?"

Most people know us for our garden centres, but once you start looking a little closer, you quickly realise there is so much more here than many people realise.

That is why I am excited to launch the first version of the new Welcome to Crews Hill Interactive Map.

The map currently features over 60 businesses and destinations, helping visitors discover everything from garden centres and nurseries to cafés, specialist retailers, pet stores, garden buildings, landscaping suppliers and hidden gems.

Creating this map has been a genuine labour of love.

What started as a simple idea quickly grew into hours of research, checking locations, gathering information and trying to ensure that the businesses that make Crews Hill special are properly represented. Many of these businesses have been serving customers for decades, yet some remain largely unknown outside the local area.

The map is far from finished.

In fact, it is only the beginning.

I am currently working through each business individually, researching their history, services and unique stories so that I can build detailed directory listings and business profiles. New information is being added almost every day as the project continues to grow.

The aim is not simply to create a map.

The aim is to help bring Crews Hill together.

For years, many of the businesses here have quietly gone about their work without a single place that showcases the incredible variety of what is on offer. By bringing these businesses together in one place, I hope more people will discover what has been here all along.

Along the way I have uncovered some fascinating stories. Family businesses spanning multiple generations. Independent specialists attracting customers from across the country. Hidden creative studios. Unique retailers. Businesses that have grown from small beginnings into some of the best-known names in their industries.

Every time I think I have discovered everything Crews Hill has to offer, I find another hidden gem.

That is what makes this project so rewarding.

I hope the map helps visitors plan their day, discover somewhere new and appreciate the incredible variety of businesses that call Crews Hill home.
